hi there,
In mammry glands of females have passage compartments for holding milk,each compartment is interconnect to one end as near the nipples of the breast when a female give birth of young ones then a hormone (plactus) which directly release in the blood stream of a female body it's just before the delivery of child hence it leds to formation of milk in mammary gland..

in a female body part mammary gland is situated it's also a store house of milk for new born baby will breeding by nipples which is connected by many pipes
