How do matter and energy interact?

Einstein tell us the relationship between matter and energy is defined by the equation E = mc2.

Where, E is energy and M is mass.

By looking at Einstein equation we can see that matter and energy are actually the same thing, the only difference is that as the object become more massive it become harder to free the energy that is trapped inside of it.
