They select to live according to their favourable climate for shelter and for food in different parts of our body..
Most of them are pathogenic in nature...
very few microbes are useful for our body and some commit commensalism..

1) Lactobacillus is found mainly in vagina which produce h2o2 and lactic acid to suppress other pathogens
2) Eschereria Coli found mainly in our small intestine..
