MICROORGANISMS CAN GROW AND SURVIVE IN SOME SPECIFIC TEMPERATURE AND MOISTURE. WHEN THEY GET THIS TEMPERATURE THEY GROW AND MULTIPLY RAPIDLY, IN THIS CONDITION THEY ACT ON FOOD AND DESTROY IT.

HENCE, TEMPERATURE AND MOISTURE AFFECT THE LIFE OF FOOD MATERIALS.

Hello!!

➡️TEMPERATURE AND MOISTURE AFFECT THE LIFE OF FOOD MATERIALS.

➡️Food is advised to store in an environment which has less temperature and moisture.

➡️Microorganisms grow in conditions of high humidity and temperature and hence spoil the food

Thanks!!
