1->FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT
MNCs set up the production units through investment in the concerned country either by setting up factories or offices in the foreign country.
2->BY ENTERING INTO PARTNERSHIP
sometimes MNCs join hands with local companies and produced jointly.
3->BUYING OUT LOCAL COMPANIES/TAKEOVER
many times,MNCs buy local companies n expand their production.
4->BY GIVING CONTRACTS TO LOCAL COMPANIES FOR SUPPLY
