Natural disasters occur almost daily in different part of words and the common disasters include flood, earthquake, hurricane, typhoon, etc. Excessive rain in a particular area caused by the surrounding disturbances can be the reason for heavy flood.

Similarly, the earthquake can damage a whole city, and we have seen many earthquake that killed many people across the globe. These are caused by shifting and rubbing of tectonic plates beneath the earth. An enormous energy is produced which causes tremors and travels away from the epicenter.

Hurricanes are also known as cyclones and can cause heavy damage in coastal areas. These are caused by the warm water in the Coast of Africa, and a low-pressure zone is formed above, and for filling the space, hot air travels towards it and it help in moving away the hurricane from one place to other. When it hit the earth, it causes damage to the building, trees, and other coastal structures.

Natural disasters are caused due to different reasons like soil erosion, seismic activity, tectonic movements, air pressure, and ocean currents etc. ... Natural activities taking place in the earth's crust, as well as surface, are the main reasons for these disasters.
