NUCLEUS IS THE BRAIN OF THE CELL AS IT DIRECTS THE ACTIVITIES OF ALL THE CELL ORGANELLES. ON THE OTHER HAND NUCLEOID IS AN UNDEFINED REGION IN PROKARYOTES WHICH CONTAINS ALL THE GENETIC MATERIAL.
