According to Newton's third law of motion, Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

So, not going directly with the formula, I'm trying to explain the movement.

When human beings move say, forward direction, their surface moves in the backward direction which makes them to go in the front. Also, the surface gives an equal and opposite force upon the body but as we put more force, we move forward. These theories are responsible for our movement on Earth.
