From the anatomical position, rotate your arms so that the elbow faces forward. This action at the shoulder can occur when your arms is in different positions ( flexible, abduction,etc...) For the start position , lift your arms in front of you. This action occurs as you then move your arms out to the side.

Afterall it is the muscles in our body which provides us the ability to move our arms easily. The end of the skeletal muscle is connected by tendons. Tendons connect muscle to bones. When the motor signals from your brain reaches the muscles in your arms or legs the interaction between actin and myosin (two protein that are helping in muscle contraction) causes the muscles fiber to contract or relax. This contraction or relaxation of several muscles fiber helps you to move your arms .

Hope, now it has been clear for you and please remark it as brainlist.
