Actually People Do this by selecting rajya sabha And lok sabha representative who further make laws by meeting and decide which law has to be implement

The government devised law to help with the needs of the government, not the people. When the needs of the people were considered, it was a long way 2nd, and was the needs of people with money, power, or other ability to influence the government. The needs of Joe Average was an almost out of sight 3rd and was/is mostly propaganda that said how much they pretended to care.
