Good health is a disease free condition as well as a state of complete, mental and social well being. The health of all organisms will depend on their surroundings or their environment. The environment includes the physical environment. Therefore, health is at risk, in polluted environment and under natural disasters like cyclones and floods. Human beings lives in societies. Therefore our social environment is an important factor in an individual's health. Public cleanliness and proper sanitation are important for individual's health. If there is accumulation of garbage in our streets or there is open drain water lying stagnant around our house, there is a possibility of poor health of the people living in the area.
