Growth in plants and animals. Only stem cells can differentiate into different cell types. Other animal cell functions remain fixed. Stem cells are undifferentiated cells found in animals, that have the ability to grow into different tissues

plants show immediate growth whole animals do not at first.

The cells of plants differ immediately but the cells of animals do not.

Plants have solid bodies while animals have two boys cavities.
