Plants and animals maintain the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide gases in air when plants take the carbon dioxide (leaved by the animals and humans) for the preparation of food and they leave oxygen and the oxygen is taken by animals and they leave carbon dioxide and plants take and the same process continue ( only in day time not in night time ) like this the plants and animals balance the oxygen and carbon dioxide gases in air

Answer:
Plants and animal dependent on each other for maintaining the balance of carbon dioxide and oxygen in the air, as we know plants take in carbon dioxide and give out oxygen during the process of photosynthesis where as animal take in oxygen and gives out carbon dioxide during the process of respiration. Ãnd if there is no one of these, then the balance of the atmosphere can deteriorate.
