How do plants obtain raw materials from their surroundings

1.Carbon dioxide or CO2 is taken in by the the stomata present in leaves from the atmosphere.
2.Water and minrals are absorbed trough the roots of the plant from the soil.
3.Sunlight is received by plants by sun during daytime.
4.Chlorophyll which traps solar energy is already present in the leaves.
