How do plants obtain their raw material for photosynthesis ?

The raw materials required for the photosynthesis are: Water, CO2, Sunlight and chlorophyll.


Water : plants get water from the soil through roots. By diffusion process.
CO2 : plants absorb CO2 from atmosphere through its leaves.
Sunlight : plants absorb sunlight energy and converts it into chemical energy.

AnD green pigment is already present in it which is chlorophyll
