Plants has presence of meristematic tissue which is undifferentiated mass of cells found at tips of roots and shoots, and also laterally . so, plant cells are totipotent meaning they can dedifferentiate after getting differentiated previously from meristematic cells and again become meristematic and divide and again can differentiate.
