There are some plants which have soft sem and cannot stand erect on their own. they usually creep on ground. such plants with weak stems are called creepers.
example:
bottle gourd, bitter gourd, mint etc.
There are some plants which take the support of neighboring plants objects to climb up. These are called as climbers.
Example:

in plants with weak stem, the stem usually climb up the support with the help of clinging structures  called tendrils.  tendrils are specialized climbing organs that are capable of growing spirally around a support and help the shoot to climb.  any plant that grows along the ground, around another plant, or up a wall by means of extending stems or branches is called creepers.
