Poikilotherms are animals whose temperature changes according to the environmental temperature... they can b cold- blooded organisms whch maintain their body temperatures in diffrnt ways 4m mammals and bird. 
eg. sankes , frog
*lizards n snakes warm their body in the sun in the early morning and in d evening, and seek shelter in the noon.                                                                                    *insects that warm their flight muscles by vibrating them in place.
