How do poor countries balance their need for development with the necessity to protect the environment?

Well actually they don't get opportunities to develop because you see most countries are poor because the government is corrupt eg:- Somalia and you might think some are poor because they don't have resources to do so but you see there is no country is like that the least resources have seen to be the more developed.

Eg:-

Vatican City.

Costa Rica.

Switzerland.

This countries have least resources but still developed.

If the poor countries ever considered developing they would have been at the top I mean top 18.

No countries with least resources will stay poor unless the country is vaccumed or every citizen left the country.

A country is poor because they have resource in which the politicians show.

Every poor country is poor is staying poor because the leader is either corrupted or incompetent.

Therefore poor countries can develop only if they consider developing.

Thier environment can only develop if they consider to develop by forming a new government.
