Its because of the wrong ip configuration.There's an easy process to resolve the problem. Here's the step by step fixing guide.

1. Just go to Network and Sharing setting either by control panel or just by right clicking network panel in the taskbar

2. Click Change adapter settings

3. Choose your adapter with limited connection message

4. Right click - Properties - Scroll down

5. Double Click Interner Protocol Version 4 ( TCP/IPv4)

6. Choose both IP Address and DNS to Obtain Address Automatically.

NOTE : Your router settings should be configured with you ISP Settings before to have this problem be solved with the above guide.
