Answer:

We can change the size of a shadow by moving your body or the object closer to or farther from the light. As light moves towards the object, the shadow becomes larger. ... Shape: Shadows can also change their shape. As light moves closer, the shadow becomes longer and wider. As light moves away, the shadow becomes shorter and thinner.

This is your answer.

Thank you.

Explanation:

A shape of an object always determines the shape of its shadow. However, the size and shape of the shadow can change. These changes are caused by the position of the light source. When we are outside on a sunny day, we can see how our shadows  change throughout the day.

Size: -Shadows can change their size. As light moves towards the object, the shadow becomes larger. As light moves away from the object, the shadow becomes smaller.

Shape:- Shadows can also change their shape. As light moves closer, the shadow becomes longer and wider. As light moves away, the shadow becomes shorter and thinner.

Shadows are just areas where there is much less photons. Light cannot travel through you so you can therefore absorb it. If you were to get closer to a light source you'll notice that you shadow gets bigger (in some cases such as a bulb or flashlight). This is because the closer you are the less room the light has to spread out. The further you are the more room it has to spread. It all depends on how far you are from the light source, further away equals smaller or less dense shadows, closer is bigger or much more dense shadow
