Normally, short-term goals are planned for less than three months. On the other hand, the long-term goals are goals are longer than three months and can have as many years as one wishes to accomplish an objective. Long-term goals are meant to achieve needs of the future and are necessary to develop sustainably, on the other hand, short-term goals are goals that are intended to sustain and meet immediate needs.
