How do social difference occur on the basis of occurrence of birth?

Social differences are those differences which We get from our society and somehow, these differences can't be altered. There are many social differences occurred at the time of our birth and can't be changed such as our caste,our colour,our religion etc.these differences are made by our society only though our constitution gave us right to equality (14-18 article) under which We all are equal all religions and cultures are equal but society don't think so. In this way We can say some social differences takes place on the basis of our birth.
