Answer:

Societal trends influence management by forcing the managerial staff of corporations to adapt. This is so that they can accommodate new societies. Ultimately, the goal of any business is to market to a certain segment of society. As a result, management must adapt accordingly.

they influence the practice by demanding that a mangers style be fluid and open to change. the best managers will always be the best listeners. those who can conceive of and execute a vision of what they want for their company. A good manager creates the overall picture, the environment, and his supervisors (whatever titles there are. I hate titles) will be left responsible for each of their specific areas.

A poor manager can easily be seen as someone at the top who feels inclined to constantly adjust the little things themselves. They show a lack of trust in the abilities of their employees and so undermine themselves.

There is a precept that a person will always be promoted to one level above where they are most successful. this is because of that undermining.

Management styles are like diet styles or the next pop music thing. the best managers are all ready out performing the model and the bad managers will latch onto anything that they believe will keep them afloat.

I hope this will help you dear..

Always stay safe and stay healthy..
