Answer:

Solids are hard , so they have fixed volume but in case of liquids and gases there are some spaces between their particles, so they don't have fixed volume

Solid - definite shape and definite volume

Liquid- Indefinite shape and definite volume

Gas- Indefinite shape and Indefinite volume

Also there is some difference in the intermolecular space between the particles

solid has tightly packed molecules
Liquid has a bit losely packed molecules
Gas has a highly losely packed molecules
