how do substance like co2 and h2o move in and out of the cell?

substance like co2 and h20 move in and out from cell by the plasma membrane and by osmotic pressure
when the amount water is low outside then water diffuse out and vise versa
similarly co2 came out from cell when amount of co2 is high on cell and low outside

H2O andCO2 defuses out from plasma membrame to blood capillary then to lungs and lungs to outer atmosphere
