Answer:

Co2 and H20 move inside and outside the water by the process of osmosis and through plasma membrane . When there is a higher concentration of water it passes to lower concentration through plasma membrane . As a result , the cell starts shrinking . And in vice - versa the cell starts to swell up and get burst.
