cell membrane is selectively permeable. it allows some substance to move in and out like CO2 and O2 it moves from higher concentration region to lower conenstration region.... this is called diffusion.
And movement of water from higher concentration region to lower conenstration region called osmosis.
And movement of water from higher concentration region to lower conenstration region called osmosis.
