Very good morning dear.
Very good question.
So u take an example of potato .
I will explain u with an example.
Peel the potato and take a knife and make a hollow hole inside it.Then take a glass and fill it will water ,like the potato must be placed inside the glass such that the water mark should be at some point.mark this point and and keep the potato inside the water for 3hours.After 3 hours u check out that the water level in potato will be increased.
So the same way,co2 and water moves in and out of the cell.
The process included in this is osmosis.
This is the process where the substance move from higher concentration level to lower concentration level or vice versa.
Hope it helps u dear.STAY SAFE DEAR.
