Due to large surface area the particles of a liquid spread out and can easily evaporate .
Due to wind speed the , the wind get flow away the water vapour present in a substance eg: ( cloth) and helps in faster evaporation.
Hope it helps u!!

increasing surface area and wind speed increases the rate of evaporation

evaporation is a phenomena affected by the humidity present in air around us , so the increase in wind speed helps to flow the water vapours in our surroundings , so decreasing humidity and when amount of water vapour in our surroundings is less than the water vapour from the evaporate can make its place in surroundings

increase in surface area helps in evaporation as evaporation is a surface phenomena , more the heat supplied to surface area more will be the changes of water to vapour

hope this helps
