How do synthetic clothes dry when they are not squeezed

Thats because in synthetic fiber only the fiber surface gets wet and not the entre fiber itself.

Explanation:

Basically, water is unable to reach the inner surface because it is the main quality of this very fabric. The inner surface remains untouched by water therefore it dries up faster.
