tendril of a plant is very sensitive to touch.the coiling of tendril around the support is caused due to diffusion of auxin hormone. the side of the tendril touching the support does not grow while the side which is away from the support grows because auxin hormone gets diffused on the side which is away from the support which causes more growth of other side of tendril.
