Cells acquire definite shape due to different building material. In plant cell, the shape is determined by the cellulose wall. The Ribo-nucleic Acids (RNA) are made in such a way that they provide cells a certain shape for being tough and rigid from the exterior.

the animal cell has the cellmembrane .due to cell membrane it has a definite shape & the plant cell has cell wall due to this it has definite shape.
