Deep inlands are nothing but landlocked areas.

1. Naturally, sun's rays fall equally on landmarks areas and water bodies.

2. During the daytime, because of high temperature, land masses developed low pressure system.

3. Generally, winds move from high pressure belt regions to low pressure belt regions.

4. Like winds, rainy clouds get their origin over water bodies and move towards land masses.

Thus, the clouds reach deep inlands.
