How do the conductors differ from the insulator?

Conductor are the one which allow heat or electricity to pass through them, while insulators are the one who do not allow electricity or heat to pass through them..
Example of conductor are metals and example of insulator are plastic or rubber..

conductor mean which allow to pass easy through electricity and heat whereas insulator mean which don't allow to pass through electricity and heat
