MELTING IS A CHANGE OF STATE FROM SOLID TO LIQUID. BURNING IS REACTING A SUBSTANCE TO LIQUID TO OXYGEN, OTHERWISE CALLED COMBUSTION. WAX ON MELTED IS CONVERTED FROM SOLID STATE TO LIQUID STATE AND CAN BE BOUGHT BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE BY COOLING IT WHEREAS WAX ON BURNING, YOU  ARE COMBINING OXYGEN WITH PARAFFIN. THE REACTION CREATES CARBON DIOXIDE AND WATER. HENCE, THE BURNING WAX CANNOT BE BOUGHT INTO ORIGINAL..
