I) While higher temperature do increase the activity of enzymes and the role of reactions, enzymes are still protein, and as with all protein s, temperature above 45 degree celcius will start to break them down

ii) When temperature 0 degree or below some enzymes lose their activity when frozen

At 45^the enzyme activity is high.

1)as the temperature increases the activity of the enzymes decreases.

At certain point coagulation of enzymes takes place.

2)at 0^and below enzyme action does not takes place as there is no collision between the particles and enzyme relation doesn't take place.
