How do the foods from the stomach exit to enter the intestine?

Food moves down the esophagus by peristalsis.The peristaltic wave reaches the esophageal sphincter and food enters the stomach.This is how food enters stomach.After it enters the stomach several processes like ingestion, digestion ,absorption ,assimilation take place.After the process of assimilation, the undigested solid waste is stored in the rectum until it is secreted vis anus.
