  • SKELETAL SYSTEM =  performs vital functions — support, movement, protection, blood cell production, calcium storage and endocrine regulation — that enable us to survive.
  • MUSCULAR SYSTEM = the main function of the muscular system is movement, but it also helps stabilize our joints, maintain our posture and generate heat during activity
