How do the large and medium farmers find labour to cultivate their land

Large and medium farmers' land are generally cultivated by farm labourers. Farm labourers either dont have their own land or own a small plot of land which is not sufficient for their survival. Therefore these farmers work on the lands of large and medium farmers to earn money.
