how do the organism living in soil help to improve the fertility of soil

when the organism died the mixed with soil and become humus which makes the soil fertile and helps plant to grow

death and decay soil living organisms increases the soil fertility...
some organisms like cynaobacteria does nitrogen fixation....nitrogen is added to the soil thereby increasing the soil fertility....
