The area will improve only when the agricultural growth is maximum in that area. Agricultural growth provide works to large number of workers and improve the climate.

First you need to measure the land and if there is any increased area then include the same in your measurement.

Then you need to calculate the expected production and the capital which you want to invest on the land.

Then you have to employ some labours to harvest the land and in this stage, you need to decide the number of labours according to your specific requirements and on the basis of their skills.
