ENDOCRINE

Endocrine glands secretes hormone directly into the blood stream. The area of Target is multiple but specific. They don't lie close to the target spots.

eg:pitutary gland,thyroid gland etc...

EXOCRINE:

Exocrine glands secretes enzymes not in the blood stream but other mediums. Their targets are mostly singular but larger in area. They lie close to their target spots.

Eg: sweat glands, salivary glands etc....
