No at moon nothing blows for an example the foot print of neil armstrong can be observed due to sticking of particles of soil.. somewhere the particles moves due sudden shaking after the collission of some astro rocks...

No moon does not have air and nothing is get blown at moon. If we keep anything on moon, it will be as it is for many years until some moves it.
One more example:- footprints of Neil Armstrong is still as it was.
Nothing moves on the Moon.
