Things do not get blown on the moon. There is no air and hence no wind. This explains why footsteps of astronauts that have been there before still remain just as it was.
You can however set and object in motion by pushing or pulling creating momentum.
Since there is no air resistance it will move until inertia and gravity overcome its movement. Example of this movement can be of the flags on the moon which the astronauts set into motion.
