yo dude......

I remember this is a method of finding the square root taught in 8th class. I am currently in 9th class.

Here is you answer:-

First, obtain the number you have to find the square root of. Then group the digits of the number in pairs of two. If the number contains even number of digits then it can be each digits can be grouped in pairs. If the number contains odd mumber of digits then group the first digit in separate and then you can group the rest of the digits in pairs ( see the pairs in the picture ). Now, find a number whose square is equal to the first pair or less than the pair. Subtract the square of the number with the pair. Now, add the second pair with the difference and double the quotient and write it on the left side, refer to the picture. Write the double of the quotient and find a digit that can be added to the number which then multiplied by the same digit gives the number equal to or less than the number on the right side, now subtract the number and then again add the next pair in the number and again double the quotient and keep going until the pairs are finished. Oh yeah! I forgot you how to calculate the quotient. In the quotient write the number by which you multiply the left side number. Like when you are squaring 2 that means you are multiplying 2 by 2. Then write 2 in the quotient. When you add 3 to 4 it becomes 43 and you multiply it by 3 only. Then write 3 in the quotient. Well, this method is not something we can explain to you by typing here. I know you will not be able to understand from this. Please read the previous pages of the page you sent.
