In ur inbox there is a symbol (3dots) click that u'll get the option for blocking....

Hey mate here's your answer....
1) Open in inbox section of that user.
2) On the left hand side at the upper portion you will find an option..
3) It will show report user or block user.
4) U can tap the block icon and that's how u can block.
