How do u prove that the matters are in continuous motion

MATTERS are made up of atoms nd molecules and occupies space.
In SOLIDS the atoms are tightly held to each other so they dont move but only exhibit vibrational motion which are the vibrations of atoms caused by mechanical or chemical forces.
In LIQUIDS, atoms are less close to each other nd so they perform all d three tyoes of motion i.e rotational,translational nd vibrations
In GASES, atoms are far frm each orher nd so perform d motion easily.


THUS MATTER POSSESS MOTION.
