Hey mate........
I react to situations, rather than to stress. That way, the situation is handled and doesn't become stressful. I actually work better under pressureand I've found that I enjoy working in a challenging environment. From a personal perspective, I manage stressby visiting the gym every evening.

Well, students have stress and pressure mainly due to studies and exams. There may be many other reasons of stress like family problems or other things. You can tackle these problems by thinking positively. Don't think negatively or you will be pressurized every time. Other thing you can do is meditate. That's a good medicine for your mind and will keep you healthy from inside. This can surely help you to kill your stress as it is the most trusted habit to keep yourself fresh and out of stress.
