we take an example of amoeba .
Amoeba takes input using temporary finger like extensions of the cell which then fuse over the food forming of food vacuole. inside food vacuole Complex substances are broken down into simpler ones which then diffuse into the cytoplasm. the remaining undigested material is moved to the surface of the cell and thrown out.

The unicellular organism remove their wastes directly through the cell membrane by the process of diffusion.Diffusion occurs when particles spread. They move from a region where they are in high concentration to a region where they are in low concentration.Diffusion happens when the particles are free to move.
